Each practice begins with a workout followed by structured open play - all set to music. People of all abilities and skill levels are welcome, and rule #1 is that there are no strangers on the field. sphere's mission is to build a community and connect, not compete.
The drop-in option allows you to pay week-by-week if you can't commit to attending every week. Alternatively, you can choose the season pass, which allows you to pay once and play every week through April 3rd.
