Available Positions

League Coordinators

A league coordinator will be the point person for a given sport and handle the vast majority of duties - staffing, league communication, customer service, supplies and equipment, etc. The goal is to shift from operations being done largely behind the scenes and disseminated through one channel of communication (the Club President) to a team of individuals who will serve as point people for individual sports.

The positions will hold a great deal of responsibility - with the goal of growth for both the individual and MSSC. There are new initiatives we hope to undertake moving forward that have been delayed by a small staff and lack of time. Coordinators who show the appropriate combination of competence, professionalism, and desire may be eligible for corresponding benefits. These may include the opportunity to attend industry conferences as well as acquire an ownership stake in MSSC at some point in the future.

Positions are available for all current sports, plus pickleball and soccer - two sports for which we currently have little-to-no presence. We are hoping to expand our offerings in these areas and are looking for people who have experience and connections within these sports that would help achieve this goal.

Referees/Umpires

We are almost always looking for officials for our sports leagues. It's the perfect position for someone who likes sports and understands the rules of them.
