We Need a Sub!
We all need subs from time to time. If you find yourself short players for any given game, please put up a post in the MSSC Subs group on Facebook. There are also other groups on Facebook that are sport specific, and you can find more info on those under the "Subs" heading here. You can also borrow players from other teams on site during the regular season or find your own subs from outside the league. If that all fails, send an e-mail to patrick@madisonssc.com and we might be able to find someone for you. Please note: All of these options work best when asking with enough time in advance (days, not hours).

MSSC is now offering soccer
We've added another sport: soccer. We've partnered with Houston-based sphere to bring their soccer programming to Madison. It's pick up format, so you can attend as your schedule allows. We're currently running sessions year-round on Thursdays. Check out the details here: sphere soccer
Registration Procedures

Registration is open for the last sessions of all of our indoor sports. Here's what we're offering for the 2025-2026 season:
Winter Broomball: Held on Sunday evenings at Madison Ice Arena starting 1/11/2026.
Winter Dodgeball: We're offering leagues Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings at Randall Elementary. Tuesdays have a few dates at Franklin Elementary. Leagues begin the second week in January
Spring Volleyball: We'll have leagues on both sides of town Monday - Thursday. All west side leagues are held at West High School and all east side leagues are held at East High School. Leagues begin anywhere from mid-February to early March

The location of this league is East High. MMSD has told us that gyms will be available during spring break, so this league will play the third week in March unless notified otherwise. The first date may be pushed back if we have cancellations during the Winter season.

Registration closes ten days prior to the start date (unless the league is already sold out). NOTE: Sand leagues have been selling out 3-4 weeks prior to the posted registration date.
The format is co-ed sixes with at least two females on the court, best two out of three sets with rally scoring.
