History

The 2026 Loons are not the same team you saw last year.

We’re not built on depth charts or advanced strategy. We’re built on showing up, getting everyone involved, and leaving each game with at least a few moments we can point to and say, “that was actually kind of nice.”

Success, for us, is a handful of personal highlights, a few surprisingly competent plays, and nobody wondering why they showed up.
We’re backed by a loyal fanbase of enthusiastic friends, family, and at least a few pets.

Athletically, we remain consistent. Think “moderately surprised housecat,” but with slightly better communication.

We may not be the most talented team in the league, but we’re increasingly confident we might be the most enjoyable to be on.

Also, we go out afterward. Non-negotiable!
